Requirements:

• Valid MA CNA License OR HHA Certificate
• A minimum of 6 months experience
• Valid and current driver's license
• Access to reliable vehicle preferred
• Proof of vehicle insurance
• Physical exam within the past 12 months
• PPD within the past 24 months (OR chest x-ray within the past 5 years)
• Full Covid-19 Vaccination
