Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Tenant Management:

  • Masterfully manage tenant relations, ensuring top-tier service from lease negotiation to renewal, while expertly handling escalated concerns and inquiries.
  • Conduct comprehensive tenant screenings and refine the leasing strategy to optimize occupancy rates and tenant quality.

Executive Oversight of Property Maintenance and Inspections:

  • Lead maintenance strategies, ensuring all units and common areas exceed industry standards.
  • Perform detailed inspections and implement innovative solutions for continuous improvement.

Financial Leadership:

  • Take charge of fiscal management, from crafting ambitious budgets to forecasting significant financial outcomes, ensuring peak profitability.
  • Provide strategic financial reports that influence decision-making at the executive level.

Regulatory Mastery and Compliance:

  • Navigate complex compliance landscapes with expertise, ensuring all properties meet and exceed regulatory standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Established track record as a Property Manager in a high-volume, multi-unit residential setting.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in leading property management software and office technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets and financial reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred; Master’s degree a plus.
