• Performs daily and periodic tasks in assigned areas as directed
• Maintains a neat and orderly work area, including janitorial closets and storage areas
• Performs all cleaning assignments in accordance with ACP Facility Services, Inc.’s approved procedures
• Maintains cleaning equipment in good working condition, and notifies the Account/Area Manager or
• Supervisor if repair or replacement is necessary
• Maintains appropriate supply levels in assigned janitorial closets and storage areas
• Works safely always and promptly informs management about unsafe conditions existing in the work area
• Wears personal protective equipment appropriate for the task being performed
• Meets all client and ACP Facility Services, Inc. quality expectations in assigned tasks
• Assists in orientation and training for new employees as directed

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Flexible work schedule and willingness to work varying shift
• While performing the duties of this job, employee is frequently required to climb stairs.
• The employee must be able to drive a vehicle.
• Must have a normal range of eyesight with or without corrective lenses.
• Must have a normal range of hearing with or without corrective equipment.

Education and Experience:

• High School or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 1 year of cleaning experience
• Must have custodial experience and floor and carpet care experience
• Must be able to work assigned shift hours and have flexibility to accommodate possible weekend projects or extended hours
