Here is a great opportunity for an experienced automotive parts professional to help take this fast-growing dealership to its next level of success. Relative automotive experience is a must. In this position, you will utilize your professional experience to profitably operate a franchised parts department and to manage your OEM inventory to provide parts and accessories to a busy shop as well as to wholesale and retail customers.

Automotive Parts Counterperson

· Has a strong understanding of automotive parts and systems

· Has at least 2 years of experience as a automotive parts counterperson

· Is a team player with the high standards

· Has CDK experience

· Possesses strong communication skills

· Has experience with warranty parts and returns

Responsibilities include:

· Greeting customers promptly and in a professional manner

· Pull parts for repair orders and retail/wholesale customers

· Organize and stock inventory

· Efficiently answer parts department phone calls to provide price quotes and provide information to customers

· Perform other job related tasks required by the management team

· Process, pull and ship online orders

· Process returns to manufacturer
