Nursing Home Administrator: LNHA required

We are looking to recruit top talent in the State of Florida to join our Healthcare Team!
Our facilities have a mix of skilled nursing (post acute) patients and Long Term Care patients. We have opportunities for new and Senior LNHA candidates. We have a variety of skill and size buildings that promote growth and development within the company. Our facilities are in Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas Counties.

LNHA Job Duties:
· Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility’s programs and activities.
· Develop and maintain a healthy culture in your facility.
· Assist department directors in the development and implementation of performance evaluations.
· Counsel/discipline personnel as required or as may be necessary.
· Assist in the recruitment and selection of top talent at your facility.
· Ensure that the building and grounds are maintained.
LNHA Requirements:
· A Bachler’s Degree is required preferably in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or health related field.
· Must possess a current and unencumbered State of Florida Nursing Home Administrator’s license.
· Must not be excluded from participation in Medicare or Medicaid programs.
· Must successfully complete a Level II Background screening.
