Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable House Cleaner to join our team. As a House Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to residential and vacation rental properties. We are looking to hire contractors to help with vacation rental, home and office cleaning in the Flagstaff area. We offer flexible scheduling and you are paid weekly through Venmo or Zelle. The contracted work pays a flat rate paid per property but generally equates to no less than $20 per hour. Applicants must have reliable transportation and must be able to pass a background check to be considered for the position. Cleaning supplies are provided if needed. Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living spaces
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of different cleaning techniques and products
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods of time
- Flexibility to work weekends as needed
