About Us:

We are a hidden gem nestled in the heart of Downtown Auburn, under Prison City Pub & Brewery, and will offer our patrons a unique, immersive experience reminiscent of the Prohibition era. Our speakeasy is opening in 1-2 weeks and will offer meticulously crafted cocktails, intimate ambiance, and exceptional service.

Position: Bartender

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of classic and contemporary cocktails.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked bar area.
• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests to enhance their experience.
• Suggest and innovate new drink recipes to keep our menu fresh and exciting.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a high-end or themed establishment.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A flair for creativity and a genuine passion for the craft.
