PrismHR is Hiring a Payroll Associate Near Noida, VA

As a Payroll Associate, you will be responsible for engaging new clients during the implementation of Applicant Tracking, Time & Labor Management, and Performance Management Systems along with Benefit set up for EOR and International clients. You along with Payroll will own the overall client success and satisfaction during the implementation of our products and services. You will assist the SVP of payroll in a variety of support duties and work side by side with managers in various departments within the organization including Payroll, HR, Sales, Finance and Risk. This role acts as a resource for all internal and external customers by providing answers to routine inquiries and coordinating responses; resolving problems and/or discrepancies which may involve research and data collection. Must be proficient in the use of all computer applications for word processing, spreadsheet, and databases and must have the ability to exercise independent judgement and exercise discretion regarding confidential matters.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide a complete and successful implementation for our clients
  • Consult with Clients to determine technology needs
  • Subject matter expert with our software
  • Manages multiple client implementations
  • Acts as a liaison between internal stakeholders
  • Responsible for developing and executing implementation project plans
  • Maintains ClientSpace (CRM) by updating milestones, tasks, and other related items
  • Works with Business Consultant to initiate the Client Implementation process
  • Reviews and audits Client data to ensure accuracy
  • Remain up to date on industry regulations and best practices to provide guidance to Clients
  • Provides training on how to navigate the products and software
  • Deliver results on time and ensure client product adoption for success with our software
  • Responsible for understanding our Service Types and Service Model to better facilitate Client transition to the ongoing Service Model
  • Create client advocates- ensures client is happy and willing to provide a reference to future clients
  • Service agreement compliance
  • Ensure all contract terms and conditions are adhered to
  • Ensure all schedule A line items are properly invoiced
  • Yearly audit of all CSA and Benefits
  • Lead onboarding for all new business
  • Update client shells as needed
  • Client relations activities
  • Client point of contact for inquiries and support
  • Issuance and management of Certificates of Insurance
  • Manage and distribute Certificates of Insurance during annual renewal
  • Facilitate meetings or conference calls
  • Worksite location approvals and class code endorsements
  • Act as liaison between client and workers compensation carrier for worksite locations and compliance
  • Audit worksite locations to ensure reporting is done properly
  • Weekly payroll and workers compensation code analysis
  • Ability to report any outliers to manager and update models to account for trend changes

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • HR, PEO, EOR or Payroll Outsourcing industry knowledge
  • Experience with HRIS, Payroll, CRM software
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations as it relates to payroll, time and labor management
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Time management skills
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Ability to learn technology quickly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other software applications and tools required
  • Passion for overall customer success
  • Knowledge of Prism software

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or management
  • 0-2 years related experience required
