Pricing Manager - Private Cellular Networks

About the Opportunity:

We seek a highly motivated and analytical Pricing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be critical in developing and implementing pricing strategies for our private cellular network solutions. You will leverage your industry knowledge and analytical skills to ensure our pricing is competitive, profitable, and aligned with our overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies for private cellular network solutions, considering market competition, customer needs, and project economics.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand pricing trends, competitor offerings, and customer buying behavior in the private cellular network space.
  • Manage pricing for all private cellular network solutions aspects, including equipment, services, and ongoing support.
  • Negotiate pricing with customers and partners, ensuring profitability while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Analyze project economics and develop pricing models that account for workstream costs, price sensitivity, and profit margins.
  • Evaluate profit and loss (P&L) statements to identify areas for cost optimization and pricing adjustments.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, Dell, Samsung, Ericsson, Airspan, etc.
  • Possess expertise in GSA EIS (Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions) and its impact on pricing strategies.
  • Experience with Transitional Service Agreements (TSA) and their application to seller pricing.
  • Prepare and deliver clear and concise pricing proposals and presentations.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product management teams to align pricing with overall business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze pricing performance and recommend adjustments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in OEM Pricing environments
  • A bachelors degree in finance/business is preferred but not required.
  • Extensive Telecom Knowledge/Experience (private cellular)
  • Experience with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) carriers- AT&T, Verizon, Dell, Samsung, Ericsson, Airspan, etc.
  • Experience with GSA EIS (Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions)
  • Experience Evaluating P&L's (Profit and Loss Statements)
  • Understanding of Project Economics, different workstreams related to price sensitivity
  • Experience with TSA's (Transitional Service Agreement) in relation to sellers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
