Prism Resources LLC is Hiring a Director, Corporate Tax Near Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Prism Resources connects top corporate talent with South Florida's best corporations. Our client, a large, global company, has an immediate hiring need for a Director of Tax to lead all US tax activities. Hybrid work schedule offered.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all US income tax compliance
- Responsible for quarterly estimated tax payments
- Preparation of consolidated tax provision
- Lead tax aspects for internal and external M&A transactions and conduct appropriate tax due diligence.
- Implement tax planning strategies
- Conduct tax research and analysis
- Manage a team of tax professionals and provide training and development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of US federal tax experience, a blended background in both public accounting and corporate is ideal.
- Bachelors in Tax or Accounting required/ Masters in Taxation or Accounting preferable.
- CPA preferable
- Prior supervisory experience needed.
- Strong Excel skills
