Who We Are:

Prism Behavioral Solutions provides in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and young adults aged 2-21 with developmental disabilities, primarily Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services to children and young adults

Social skills development, data collection, and management of maladaptive behaviors

Professional and refresher training throughout employment

Required Qualifications:

Must have at minimum a High School Diploma

Must have a reliable means of transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance

Must pass TB test

Must pass DOJ/FBI Live Scan criminal background check

Preferred Qualifications:

Childcare experience

Tutoring experience

After-school availability

ABA experience

Experience with special needs

Weekend availability

Child development experience

Nanny experience

Babysitting experience

Direct Care Experience

Behavior Therapist Experience

Therapy Experience

Therapists who are fluent in Spanish are highly requested, but not required.

Hourly Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
