Prisco Hot Tubs is seeking a dedicated Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team in Hawthorne, NJ. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse activities, ensuring inventory management, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and facilitating transfers between warehouse and store locations. Additionally, you will oversee scheduling for the delivery team and routing for deliveries of hot tubs and covers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee warehouse activities, including inventory management, cleanliness, and organization
• Facilitate transfers between warehouse and store locations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Serve as a liaison between office staff and warehouse team, maintaining clear communication and coordination
• Utilize computer skills to support warehouse operations, including inventory tracking and documentation
• Operate a forklift to assist with moving and organizing merchandise within the warehouse (forklift certification preferred)
• Manage scheduling for the delivery team and optimize routing for deliveries of hot tubs and covers

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable, with the ability to problem-solve and work independently.
• Forklift operating experience preferred; certification is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record (required).
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills and mathematical proficiency.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
