Available Shifts :
Flexible Scheduling (Set your own)
Minimum of 15 hours per week, up to 40 depending on the client
Please note it may require weekend availability (either Saturday AND / OR Sunday)
Requirements
Pay Rates :
$11.00 - $15.00 per hour
Job Duties :
Taking incoming calls from clients
Providing requested material via email, fax, or mail
Utilizing the company database to document call information in a paperless environment
Resolving problems and assisting customers with questions
Additional support duties as assigned.
Requirements :
A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
Proficiency with Windows 8, 10 or 11
Per the client’s request, the ability to pass a criminal background investigation and a drug screen, (when applicable)
Punctual and continuous attendance is MANDATORY.
High school diploma or GED
A stable work history
Excellent communication and listening skills.
