Providefeedback on the level of customer service and processes for variouscompanies! We are recruiting exceptional independent contractors toprovide their insight while working from home.

This is a parttimeopportunity!

You will becontacting companies based on general assignments. You WILL NOT berequired to make any purchases commitments or provide personalinformation.

You will setyour own schedule so you are able to work anytime that fits YOURschedule.

Responsibilities :

• Successfully complete a testcall
• Callall companies provided via assignedlists
• Evaluate the level of customer service provided by answeringrepresentative
• Document detailed information of overallexperience
• Complete review submission form prior to the requireddeadline
• Ensure that form is free of errors andmisinformation

PayRate :

PayRate : $3.00 per call up to $30.00 for completing 8 or more calls aweek.

Requirements :

• Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferably call centerrelated
• Moderate level of computerknowledge
• Ability to work with minimalsupervision
• Must be selfdirected andselfmotivated
• Strong listeningskills
• Accuracy
• Efficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communicationskills
