Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Estimator to join our team at Priority Plumbing, Heating and ELectric. We service the front range from Pueblo to the Wyoming border. This is a rare opportunity for the right person with sales/estimating experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Excavation and Electric as well as a positive mental attitude and a student mindset. As an Sales Estimator, you will be responsible for meeing the client at the residential/commercial/property management jobsite, analyzing project specifications and requirements to determine accurate cost estimates, building estimates and closing sales while overseeing the initial job walkthrough and the completion. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be crucial in ensuring the profitability and success of our projects.

Duties:

- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to understand project requirements

- Conduct thorough analysis of project scope, materials, labor, and equipment costs

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for accurate estimates

- Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for clients

- Identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings or value engineering

- Maintain accurate records of estimates, including materials pricing and labor rates

- Stay updated on industry trends and pricing to ensure competitive bidding

Experience:

- Proven experience as an Sales Estimator

- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes

- Proficient in using Service Titan software and tools

- Excellent mathematical skills with a focus on retail math

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $82,240.00 - $127,404.00 per year
