RN Weekend Supervisor

 The RN Weekend Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating nursing activities during weekends to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining standards of care.

Job Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of nursing care during weekends, will assist in establishing and implementing employee policies and procedures, provide guidance and support to less experienced nurses, offering clinical expertise in needed situations under the direction of the DON.
In the position the weekend supervisor will maintain standards of care, review resident records, and monitor overall care quality, as well as address questions or complaints from residents or their families, while ensuring their needs are met.

Qualifications

Valid TX RN License: Must hold an active Texas Registered Nurse license.
Positive Attitude: Demonstrate excellent leadership qualities and a positive demeanor.
Computer Skills: Proficient in using computer systems for documentation and communication.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
