Description

Responsibilities: Will make a comprehensive assessment of each resident's needs by using the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) which includes the Minimum Data Set (MDS), as specified by the Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS). Guidelines in the RAI manual will be followed and specific information on each resident will be documented on the residents' MDS.

Qualifications

Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational nurse (LVN) in good standing and currently licensed in the State of Texas.
