Doc Lead Position

This position requires preparing loan documents and disclosures for a mortgage company

Job Responsibilities:

· Manage pipeline of loans assigned and obtain documentation required to complete the document preparation process

· Perform daily document drawing functions to required expectations

· Ensure accuracy and timeliness

· Ability to problem solve during document drawing process with outside branches, Loan Officers, Loan Processors, Closing Agents, Title Companies and Insurance Agents

· Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, email and face to face with quick response times and accurate information

· Review loan for compliance with RESPA and TRID tolerances

· Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations

· Perform other job-related duties as required by the needs of the company

· Maintain a high degree of confidentiality

Job skills and Knowledge:

Experience in disclosing conventional, FHA, VA and Non QM

CFPB and RESPA knowledge

Strong Communication skills

Computer knowledge

Detail oriented

Critical thinking

Encompass knowledge helpful

CFPB and RESPA knowledge

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.84 - $25.00 per hour
