Position: Registered Nurse

Pay Rate: $45.00 per hour with $500 Sign-on Bonus

Status: Full time, Part-Time, Per Diem / Shifts: 7-3, 3-11, 11-7 (with at least every other weekend availability)

Qualifications of an RN:

• Currently licensed as an RN (State of New York)
• Certification program completed as an RN
• CPR/BLS certification

Responsibilities of an RN:

• Examine and identify the needs of patients before implementing and monitoring the patient's medical plan and treatment.
• Administer patients' and record the observations.
• Consult and collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
• Checks medication routine.
• Observes and interprets patients' symptoms and communicates them to physicians.
• Performs routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections) and input in patients' charts.
• Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety.
• Provide instant medical care in emergencies.
• Provides advice and support to residents and their families.
• Documents residents care services by charting in resident and dept. records.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs.
• Evaluate the patient's lab work and results and report any significant result to the doctors.

• Updated resume
• 1 Valid ID (either Driver's license, Passport, Permanent Resident Card or work eligibility IDs)
• Social Security card
• RN license and registration
• Voided Check/Direct Deposit from the bank – for payroll
• 2 reference letters / references to call
• Covid Vaccination Card
• BLS/CPR
• TB Test (PPD/QuantiFERON) – at least within the last 12 months
• Proof of immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (MMRV titers)
