Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our team. As a BHT, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to clients undergoing substance use treatment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments and document client interactions and progress.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure coordinated care.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to client care.
• Conduct urine analyses (UAs) and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining a safe environment.
• Provide support and assistance to clients as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in a behavioral health or substance use treatment setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must pass background checks and drug screenings.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 10:30am-7pm

Job Type: Full-time
