260 Day, 12 month contract

Salary range: based on experience $95,000 - $105,000

Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Director of Business Services, the Director of Building & Grounds is responsible for overseeing and supervising the operations, plans and staff of the department engaged in the custodial, preventive maintenance, and repair of district facilities and grounds to provide faculty, staff, students and the community a safe and health work environment in which to learn.

Major field of study or degree emphasis:

Building Maintenance, Repair, Construction, HVAC or closely related areas.

Identify licenses/certification required:

Requires a valid driver's license in the State of MN. Boiler License (minimum of 1st Class), IAQ Coordinator Certification, Asbestos Certificate, CPO License, Facility Management and HVAC control software, Microsoft Office and Google.
