Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
Qualifications
- 84 months experience development in medium to large-scale technical projects and assuring deliverables and project scope are met and well documented.
- 84 months experience as a Full-Stack developer in the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of Web Applications.
- 90 months experience in REST API design and implementation (API security, authentication, authorization)
- 60 months experience of application development with UI Frameworks like Angular – Strong UI/UX design and development preferred
- 60 months of experience with frameworks like SpringFramework, SpringData, SpringCloud, SpringBoot and Spring Security ( OAuth2).
- 48 months experience with developing cloud native and hybrid applications using serverless platforms.
- 60 months of experience with relational and nosql database platforms like Postgres, Oracle, and MongoDB.
- This position requires at least a bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent in a relevant technology field from an accredited institution. A copy of the degree must be submitted with the Candidate Response Form.
- Prepare Word documents, process diagrams, and other documentation and work product to explain system functions, etc.
- Maintain and explain procedural documentation for administrative functions and testing procedures.
- In some cases, step-by-step instructions may be required.
- Expound on the documentation and expand and revise the documentation as requested to further enhance the documentation's usability and clarity.
- Train staff and other consultants such that staff and other consultants can effectively and efficiently provide support.
- Periodic mentoring/training sessions may also be required for effective knowledge transfers.
