Princess Laundry is looking for part time laundry attendants to come on board. In this position, you will be greeting and welcoming our customers, completing drop-off (wash-dry-fold) laundry, cleaning the facility to meet our customers’ expectations, and anything else needed to provide our customers with a truly Royal Experience. You will report directly to the store manager who will guide you through best practices and address any concerns that will arise in your daily tasks. Hours vary and will include some weekends with other hours possible. This is the perfect position for anyone detail-oriented who enjoys working with customers, takes pride in his or her work. Job Responsibilities

• Provide customer assistance with; providing change and or refunds, drop offs(wash-dry-fold) and pickups, and guidance in operation of washers and dryers
• Help customers download and utilize the Speed Queen app.
• Provide light service to machines and vending machines; alert manager when machines need repair
• Maintain the cleanliness, crowd, and atmosphere of the laundromat
• Closing shift duty includes cleaning of dryers, restrooms, floors, and tables

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• Must have customer focused mindset
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods at a time, and bend down to clean
• Excellent organizational skills

Preferred:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Night and weekend availability

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
