Collections Representative, Remote

Must live in one of these six states; Utah, Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin, Wyoming, Iowa or Missouri

$18.00 / hr plus Quarterly Bonuses up to $1,200

Calling all collections representatives! If you have previous collections, or accounts receivable experience, we want to talk to you! We are looking to hire people who have made a high volume of outbound calls, aren’t hesitant to pick up the phone, and want to find solutions to past-due payments.

• Permanently remote (WFH) - Must be located in Utah

Requirements of the Collections Representative :

• 6 months of collections related experience is required
• Problem solves independently
• Confidence in hitting metrics, KPI’s and goals
• Experience working with various computer programs

Responsibilities of the Collections Representative :

• Make outbound calls to collect overdue payments
• Assist the customer with finding the best payment plan for them
• Update your co-workers and supervisors during weekly meetings
• Accurately record customer information into their accounts
