Prince Telecom is currently hiring a Coordinator Billing to join our team to help connect America. As a full service telecommunications company, we specialize in building, maintaining, and managing some of the largest upgrades, rebuilds and new builds as well as a wide range of services including aerial and underground construction, structured wiring, fiber splicing, cable mining, and engineering for the fiber to the home market.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and verify daily technician start/stop times and total hours worked
- Utilize reports and databases to compare hours and ensure correct times were claimed in
accordance with company policies
- Communicate with technicians and management regarding any issues
- Maintain Compliance Doc to report all issues in order to get manager responses
- Ensure all issues are resolved weekly by the expected deadline
- Make adjustments to technician dailies as issues are resolved
- May prepare reports as requested

Qualifications:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Data entry skills
- Ability to identify and solve problems
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to plan, organize, multi-task, prioritize and re-prioritize daily workload and work
with minimum supervision and the ability to meet deadlines, establish deadlines, and to
prioritize deadlines.
- Strong ability to work remotely without being distracted
