Requirements:
Bring your charisma with 1-2 years of Customer Service Experience.

Responsibilities:
Make sure tables are properly set and cleaned according to guidelines before guests sit down.
Welcome guests and help them navigate the menu while building excitement for our dishes.
Work POS ordering technology to accurately take and track each table’s food and drink orders.
Confirm food and drinks are delivered to each guest in a presentable and accurate manner.
Check-in with guests to make sure they are enjoying their food and to take additional orders.
Support in settling guest checks with the Assistant General Manager or General Manager
Report poor quality food and issues with restaurant equipment to supervisor on duty, immediately.
100% compliance with all food safety/sanitation rules and regulations.
