Qualifications & experience; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Accountancy, Accountancy or related courses Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience specializing in Philippine Taxation activities and processing of permits and licenses for SMEs, in retail industry or similar duties Tasks & responsibilities;

Ensures the accuracy of reporting and filing of all required reports and monitoring. Facilitates any applications of amendment, renewal / closure and necessary corporate compliance to BIR, SEC and LGU as required to the business operations.

Follows through with all BIR and LGU-related permits and licensing for the legitimate operations of the businesses under the assigned corporate subsidiary assigned to him / her.

Performs other related tasks and reports that may be asked from time to time by immediate supervisors Ensures the timelines of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and filing of BIR and SEC.

Facilitates BIR and business permit applications for new store openings on a timely manner Ensures the regulatory compliance of all stores, warehouses and offices of the entire Prince Retail Group through proper coordination with the assigned personnel in the store / warehouse / office.

Complete and properly file all documentations required to ensure that documents can be provided to stakeholders at any given time.
