Licensed Medicare Sales Agent – Remote

$18 plus uncapped commissions

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Medicare sales and has an ACTIVE Life & Health Insurance license
• 1 year of experience in AEP (Annual Enrollment Period) required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential clients
• Ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to meeting customer needs
• High level of motivation and drive to achieve sales targets
• Familiarity with Medicare guidelines and regulations is a plus
• Flexibility with the hours worked (weekends and nights may be included)

Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective Medicare beneficiaries and guide them through the enrollment process
• Educate and advise individuals on various Medicare plans and coverage options
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' healthcare needs and provide tailored solutions
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry regulations
• Build and nurture relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
