Under the direction of the Director - Technology Applications, the Supervisor - Print and Mail Production is responsible for the effective daily management and administration of printing services, the copier program, and mail services. The Supervisor will be responsible for planning and managing the budget, organizing work schedules, assigning tasks, evaluating projects, and supervising and evaluating both support and professional employees. Work is performed with considerable latitude for independent decision making in meeting assigned responsibilities. The incumbent of this position provides oversight to deliver strategic, efficient, and high quality customer service.
This is an ASASP Unit III Table 900 position Grade 31
Salary Range: $80,024 - $155,246

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major work in printing management preferred; or five (5) years of experience managing a print shop, as well as equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Extensive knowledge of United States Postal Service regulations and guidelines required.
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversees and supervises staff of assigned office(s), and contracted labor within the department.
