Prince Food Systems is currently hiring Experienced Dietary Aide/Server/Dishwasher.

We are conducting a job fair Monday March 25. 2024 thru Thursday March 28, 2024, from 12:00 pm - 2 pm.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in an institutional or retail food service setting.

Knowledge base of patient diets obtained through a current or past work experience or an educational setting.

Able and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Essential Skills Required:

Clearly communicate, both verbally and in writing.

Follow verbal and written instructions.

Ability to work independently.

Must possess sound judgment and initiative to establish priorities.

Maintain confidentiality of privilege patient and operational information.

Tolerable of individuals and equipment in a medical setting.

Essential Physical:

Ability to perform duties under basic normal conditions, loud, humid, and often hot.

Ability to work in areas with possible fumes from cooking or chemical compounds.

Must be able to continuously stand on hard floor 90% of the shift.

Requires occasional walking within the department or from the kitchen to facility units and dining room area.

Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.

Ability to push/pull 100 pounds without assistance.

Ability to reach, squat, bend and kneel to perform job functions.

Must have adequate manual dexterity and visual and hearing acuity to perform functions of the job.

Must be able to concentrate when multiple distractions exist in the workplace i.e. voices, machinery and telephone.

Must be continuously alert due to the potential for patient harm if instructions are not followed.
