Senior AWS DevOps Engineer with GO (Golang) - REMOTE WORK - 52226

Pay Range - $45 - $50/hr

We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position of Senior AWS DevOps Engineer with GO (Golang) to work on Remote basis.

IMP NOTE:- "We are shifting to AWS DevOps Engineer with Go experience. Not necessary to have CDK experience per se as I understand it is difficult to match DevOps, CDK and GO skillset combined. He would be coding 100% in Go as we use Go in our stack for both DevOps and API's. The split would be 50% working on DevOps in Go and 50% working on API's. To summarize, the ideal candidate it strong in Go and Devops (Ok to have used terraform, cloud formation) and we are ignoring the CDK aspect going forward."

Project - Work with a partner. Building a physician finder digital product. Allows users to find physicians and schedule appointments. Lots of data processing. ETL processes the data and puts them into the database. API's connect these to the UI they have created.

Will be working close with the business team. Communication is a key requirement of this role. Very important to communicate engineering ideas to the business that can communicate that to key partners. How components of the system work.

• Tech Stack
• Senior Level Golang experience.
• AWS - Serverless Lambdas, S3 buckets. SQS, SNS, ECS (Elastic Container Server), Combination of serverless API and hosted on ECS.
• AWS CDK nice to have (Constructs in Golang around cloud infrastructure setup. Engineers setup cloud formation stack, database/serverless in constructs in go. Things that are grouped together are deployed together.
• API's are in Golang.
• Strong Infrastructure Devops.
• Postgres (both the infrastructure and the ability to setup data schemas that can be queried). Construct sufficient SQL queries and MySQL/Redis as well

• MYSQL and SQL querying is a must have here.
• Redis is a nice to have.
