We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our largest clients for a position of SAP HANA Cutover Lead - S4, Supply Chain, to work in Miami, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the cutover strategy, planning, and execution for a large-scale S/4HANA implementation project.
• Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including business owners, project managers, technical teams, and external vendors, to ensure alignment on cutover activities.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive cutover plan, including sequencing of activities, resource allocation, risk mitigation strategies, and contingency plans.
• Coordinate and facilitate cutover rehearsals and dress rehearsals to validate the cutover plan and identify potential issues or gaps.
• Manage communication and coordination between different functional areas and technical teams involved in the cutover process.
• Monitor and track cutover activities in real-time during the execution phase, identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime and ensure a smooth transition to the new SAP S/4HANA system.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the cutover team members, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and expectations throughout the cutover process.
• Document lessons learned and best practices from the cutover experience to improve future implementations and cutover processes.

Skills:

• Extensive experience leading cutover strategy, planning, and execution for large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, modules, and functionalities, particularly in the Supply Chain domain.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions to mitigate risks and resolve issues during cutover activities.
• Experience working in a global or multi-site environment, coordinating activities across different geographic locations and time zones.
