As a Toddler Two's Teacher at Primrose School of St. Charles West, you’ll create a fun, safe environment for little ones who are constantly on the move. Through a daily schedule of purposeful play, you’ll help lay the foundation for the school setting as children navigate a classroom environment, build their motor skills and grow their vocabulary.

Teachers are provided an extensive Orientation prior to classroom placement to support professional success. Primrose invites candidates who are seeking to work in a supportive, professional environment serving young children and their families to apply.
Qualifications:

• Candidates must have at least 60 Undergraduate Credit Hours with 6 Hours in Child Development or Early Childhood Education; or a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential.

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or related field preferred.

• Minimum 1 Year of previous teaching or assistant teaching position in a licensed early childhood program preferred.

• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations.
