We are looking for an exceptional teacher with years of experience that would like to take on a more leadership type role in our school. Must have at least 5 years of experience, have effective classroom management, and be able teach teachers how to teach and manage their classrooms effectively.

You would report to our Curriculum Director and your primary responsibilities would include:
- supporting teachers effective curriculum implementation.
-modeling effective classroom management skills, outdoor play and potty training techniques.
-mentoring new team members so they are acclimated to curriculum procedures.
-facilitating appropriate reporting and communicating with parents.
-facilitating implementation of our behavior plan.
-ensure teachers have the supplies they need to implement curriculum.
-managing rotating supplies like sensory tables, inclement weather activities, listening centers, etc.
-assisting with bulletin boards, student portfolios and evaluations.
-planning school events and celebrations.

• Participate in the selection and hiring of teaching staff.
• Coordinate with other members of the Leadership Team to implement the training plan for new teaching staff.
• Conduct classroom observations to regularly support and ensure the implementation and delivery of the research-informed Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum.
• Create a culture of engagement by empowering teachers to find solutions for themselves.
