Primoris Energy Services is currently in need of an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Onboarding Coordinator / Receptionist to join our team in Geismar, Louisiana! A solid work ethic, enthusiastic personality, and a strong teamwork mentality are essential to be successful in this role.

In addition to helping new hires navigate our onboarding systems, the Onboarding Coordinator will also provide general office support (receptionist duties, filing, office supply replenishing, etc) to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.

Job Overview

The Onboarding Coordinator / Receptionist will be primarily responsible for the onboarding process for all of our new hires supporting the projects in surrounding areas.

This individual will also assist with office management support and receptionist responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Complete pre-access requirements for new hires (send for drug and alcohol testing, safety training, etc.).
• Assist new hires with onboarding documents (sign on packages, benefit enrollment, etc.).
• Coordinate new hire arrival to respective job sites.
• Post available craft job opportunities via UKG.
• Other general HR assistance for the division.

Basic Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in an administrative role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Experience with UKG or other Applicant Tracking System is considered a plus
• Ability to work with confidential information
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Human Resources preferred but not required.
