Position Summary

Key Responsibilities for Position: The Fulfillment Technician is responsible for completing the day to day activities in the fulfillment department. This will include, but not limited to, weighing and packaging products, collecting production run data, assisting in cleaning and sanitary practices, and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned. Proper weight & measurements skills, working in a timely manner, and the ability to work autonomously will benefit the person in this position.

Qualifications Required

Education / Experience

  • Ensure company core values meet or agree with personal values
  • Knowledge and familiarity with cannabis industry
  • Demonstrated passion for serving company by maintaining high cannabis compliance standards
  • Works in a timely manner and strives for accountability and accuracy
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Familiarity with compliance procedures
  • Experience in a complex, fast paced environment
  • Basic weights and measurement skills, ability to operate a scale
  • High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
  • Post-Harvest Production or a similar skill set
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive Suite)
  • Familiarity with phone and e-mail professional etiquette
  • Excellent reasoning and communication skills.

Physical Requirements

  • May be exposed to short, intermittent and/or prolonged periods of sitting or standing in performance of job duties
  • Will be required to accomplish position duties using various types of equipment/supplies including but not limited to computer, keyboards, copiers, phones, headsets, etc.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Responsibilities Producing Results

Major responsibilities listed first which require 85/90% focus

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for accurately weighing and recording all trim/flower weights to a 95% accuracy.
  • Responsible for maintaining product quality to a 95% accuracy.
  • Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of all staging areas and production areas.
  • Assist with daily fulfillment tasks including the creation of Pre-Rolls, Eighths, Bulk Pounds, and Sales Cases of all products.
  • Assist with data collection and the completion of all daily production run documentation.
  • Assist with daily cleaning tasks as assigned.
  • Operate with integrity and honesty.
  • Communicate known issues to the management team to ensure a smooth flow of operations within the company.
  • May be assigned other job duties as necessary.

Operation/Compliance Responsibilities

  • Verify the calibration and proper use of scales to provide accurate data
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work station and monitor this standard at facility

  • Understand and compassionately hold teammembers accountable to our corporate playbook
  • Agree to address obstacles and concerns through effective essential conversations to avoid negative office politics

Safety/Security

  • Immediately report questionable data or practices to Fulfillment Manager for further review
  • Immediately halt any actions that are not compliant with state and federal regulations
