Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the medical operations of the organization
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes
- Provide leadership and guidance to the medical staff, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective coordination of patient care
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of medical services provided
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards in healthcare
- Participate in budgeting and resource allocation processes
- Conduct clinical research and contribute to medical advancements
- Stay updated with current medical practices, technologies, and trends

Requirements:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in a relevant specialty
- Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- In-depth understanding of hospital operations and healthcare systems
- Proficiency in project management methodologies
- Familiarity with clinical research processes and protocols
- Experience in primary care or occupational health is preferred
- Solid understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
