This position calls for 8 years of experience, over 50% of the work would be in trucking litigation, trial experience is a major plus, knows their way around accident reproduction, black box review, taking cases at inception, developing a defense strategy and clearly explaining the subject matter.

No book of business is needed and you would be inheriting great clients with longstanding business. Salary based on experience plus bonus, 1600-1800 hours.
