Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Leasing Consultant. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding their ideal rental property and ensuring a smooth leasing process. Responsibilities: - Greet and engage with prospective tenants, providing them with information about available rental properties - Conduct property tours, showcasing the features and amenities of each unit - Assist prospective tenants with the application process, including collecting necessary documents and conducting background checks - Effectively communicate lease terms, rental policies, and community rules to potential tenants - Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and follow up with prospects - Handle leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings - Upsell additional services or amenities to enhance the tenant experience - Negotiate lease terms and rental rates to ensure maximum occupancy - Coordinate move-in dates and conduct move-in inspections with new tenants - Provide excellent customer service throughout the leasing process and address any tenant concerns or issues Requirements: - Previous experience in customer service or sales roles preferred - Strong conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes or difficult situations - Excellent customer relationship management skills to build rapport with potential tenants - Ability to upsell additional services or amenities to enhance tenant satisfaction - Knowledge of real estate administrative procedures and laws related to property management - Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs is a plus - Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage leasing paperwork efficiently Join our team as a Leasing Consultant and be part of a dynamic real estate company that values exceptional customer service.
