• Minimum of 5 years working in leading a team.
• Ability to design and code interface specifications and design
• Extensive experience using J2EE technologies (JMS, JDBC, JSF, AJAX), XML, Weblogic , WebServices, Oracle (database modeling), Hibernate, HTML5
• Experience working with mobile device platforms and technologies (iOS, Android, Win8)
• Experience identifying and utilizing design patterns (singleton, abstract factory, strategy, observable).
• Knowledge and experience with modern web UI technologies
• Proven experience on mobility platforms coupled with launching software-based solutions based off a core platform.
• Act as the technical liaison for product development activities.
• Ensure that software is developed with high quality and that issues raised during the software development lifecycle are addressed in a timely manner.
• Conduct performance reviews for all members of the development team
• Create and enforce development processes and standards that enhance the team's efficiency and the quality of the software deliverables
