The opportunity

POSITION SUMMARY

The Sr. Analyst, Compliance Communications & Training is responsible for delivering effective communications, training, and education for Teva's Global Compliance & Ethics (GC&E) program. This role will lead department-wide communications and deploy modern, engaging, and impactful training and education under the direction of the Sr. Manager, Compliance, Policy, Training, & Communication.

How you'll spend your day

ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

* Provide communications support for GC&E programs:

* draft, design, review and edit corporate-wide and business unit specific communications

* work on distribution plans to ensure the appropriate audiences receive relevant communications

* Manage the administration and maintenance of GC&E trainings and is the subject matter expert for our Learning Management System (LMS):

* perform technical testing of new content, creates new assignments, troubleshoots technical issues with courses

* Review and respond to requests in the Training mailbox, including troubleshooting trainings, requests for reports, general GC&E inquiries, etc.

* Compile training reports and metrics,

* Manage training dashboards including ensuring data quality and troubleshooting technical issues,

* Lead the design, content management, and ongoing maintenance of our function's intranet sites and internal portal.

* Work on special projects and other initiatives as needed.

This is a hybrid position requiring at least 3 days working at the West Chester office and 2 days remote.

Your experience and qualifications

Education/Certification/Experience:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent

* At least 3 years experience writing business communications for global programs

* At least 3 years of related experience, in a Compliance and/or Training environment within pharmaceutical/medical device or life sciences industries

* At least 3 years experience leading small to medium sized projects in a corporate environment

* Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects in parallel

* Experience with administering training in a LMS, preferred

* Commutable distance to Teva office location

* Prior experience with SAP Success Factors, preferred

* Working with a highly matrixed global organization

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

* Demonstrated intermediate to advanced knowledge in MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Teams, Outlook)

* Problem Solving:

* Solution-oriented

* Ability to solve problems independently and in a team environment.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

* Business travel might be required less than 10% of the time, domestic and international.
