Job Description

The Analyst/Project Coordinator (APC) will examine methodically and in detail both the constitution and structure of a business-related problem or data set, organize the information, interpret the information to reach meaningful conclusions, and present the conclusions, findings, and/or solutions to decision makers. Upon a decision or approval for action the APC may be called upon to assist in creating an implementation plan to execute the APC’s recommendations or solutions. After which the APC will be responsible for coordinating and tracking the progress of the implementation plan to its successful conclusion. The APC plays a vital role in the building and growth of the organization, is a creative problem solver, and their success is evidenced by the impact of their contributions.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Producing Reports, both scheduled and ad-hoc
  2. Spotting Patterns and Trends
  3. Collecting Data and conducting Research 
  4. Setting Up Data Infrastructure and Automation
  5. Collaborating with other
  6. Data Analytics 
  7. Business Process review and improvement
  8. Technical Specification Writing
  9. Project Coordination / Implementation 

Skill Qualifications

  • Strong math and statistical skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Moderate to Strong scripting/coding skills
  • Good ability to Develop key performance indicators
  • Good ability to Create visualizations of the data
  • Good ability to Utilize business intelligence and analytics tools
  • Good ability to Make predictions based on data trends
  • Excellent Troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent attention to details and time management
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills is a MUST
  • Must be agile and have a good ability to deal with stress and very tight time constraints
  • Must be able to thrive with novel, unpredictable, and partially undefined/dynamic projects

Experience

  • Data related work: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Business Unit Work: 1 years (Required)
  • Excel Knowledge (Required)
  • SQL Knowledge (Required)

Education

  • Bachelor's or equivalent experience (Required)
