Description

Janitor position is either a part-time evening shift or a full-time daytime shift. The schedule may vary according to requirements and may include weekends as part of the normal workweek.

Cleaners are responsible for all routine janitorial tasks including :

• Utilize assigned cleaning chemicals and tools in conjunction with required Personal Protective Equipment
• Remove all trash from assigned areas, clean trash receptacles and replace liners as needed / assigned
• Clean / sanitize restrooms and locker rooms to include stalls, toilets, urinals, sinks, and floors.
• Restock restroom supplies
• Clean employee offices, break areas, lobbies, hallways, conference rooms, and cafeteria areas including all fixtures, desks, tables, walls, woodwork, doors, and other surfaces as identified by the customer
• Complete floor detailing which may include : sweeping, mopping, dusting, and buffing. Carpet cleaning will be assigned intervals
• Track cleaning supplies, paper goods, and chemical usage and reorder as assigned
• Demonstrate regular, predictable attendance at the job location
• Complete cleaning duties as assigned and / or scheduled
• Exceed PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
• Carry out other duties as assigned

General Qualifications :

• Minimum of 1 year of janitorial experience, subject to verification
• 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but may become high at various times. The employee must be willing to wear / utilize company-supplied personal protective equipment (hearing protection) to mitigate their noise exposure.

At times this work involves exposure to human waste or vomit while cleaning as well as exposure to cleaning chemicals. The employee must be able to complete cleaning duties using company-provided protective gloves and / or eye protection or face shields.
