WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK AS A CREDIT CONTROL SUPERVISOR

As a key member of our Credit and Collections team, you will play a pivotal role in reducing outstanding Accounts Receivables by efficiently recovering receivables in a timely manner. If you are ready to take on this challenge and make an impact, we want to hear from you!

• Analytical mindset for driving results and improvement
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a team of 4 collectors.
• Implement collections strategies to reduce DSO.
• Monitor and improve collection performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Track team performance goals and KPIs.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and disputes promptly.
• Collaborate on system enhancements and process automation.
• Drive continuous improvement in collections processes.
• Provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Sales departments.
• Foster a positive and accountable team environment

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years old
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections, with at least 2 years in supervisory or leadership role
• Proven track record of success in managing collections teams and achieving targets
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and tablets
• Ability to pass a drug screen
