PrimeCare Colorado is a Compassionate Non-Emergency Transportation Company that works with healthcare facilities to safely transports patients via wheelchair.

Summary

PrimeCare is seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to provide a high level of customer service while providing Non-Emergency Transportation in a company vehicle to patients.

• Full and Part-Time positions are available.
• Hourly Yearly Pay Equals – $33,000 to $38,000 in First Year.

Essential Duties and Responsibility

• Operate Company Mini-Vans using defensive driving in accordance with state and company guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients as well as facilities.
• Ability to safely load and unload patients in a wheelchair into the van.
• Utilize Company Software daily.
• Cleaning and Sanitizing company vehicles and equipment.
• Effectively communicate with co-workers, patients, and facility staff members.
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current and Valid Colorado Driver’s License.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen and Background Check.
• 23 Years of Age or Two Years of Documented Professional Driving Experience.
• Ability to drive-in all-weather conditions.
• Understanding of compassion and accountability.

Safety

• All drivers and patients are required to wear PPE and follow state Covid Guidelines.
• Wear Company Provided Personal Protective while working to keep both yourself and the patient safe.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and vehicle by cleaning and sanitizing equipment.
• Commitment to attendance requirements without tardiness.

Working Conditions

• Spending most of the day sitting and driving patients safely.
• Loading and using safety devices in Company Vehicle to secure patients in their wheelchairs.
• Ability to assist, push, pull and load patients. No lifting is required.
• Navigating Roads and Medical Facilities to pick up and drop off patients in all weather conditions.
• Communicate via software and phone.
