Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
* Proven experience in developing and implementing operational strategies and process improvements.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
