Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Assitant Trainer.

As Trainer, you will play a crucial role in educating and training new students on the skills and knowledge required to operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently. If you have a passion for teaching and enjoy sharing your expertise with others, we encourage you to apply.

Duties:

- Conduct outdoor hands on training sessions to educate new drivers on the rules and regulations of pre-trip inspection, including air brake systems, & tractor-trailer operations.

- Evaluate trainees' performance during training sessions and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their driving abilities.

- Collaborate with other trainers and management to develop training materials and curriculum that align with industry standards and regulations.

- Stay up-to-date with changes in commercial driving regulations and industry best practices to ensure that training programs are current and relevant.

No previous experience is required, as we will provide an intense training to assure your success.

- Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively educate and train adult learners.

- Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
