Job Posting TitleAVP Service Delivery - REMOTEJob DescriptionThe Assistant Vice President Service Delivery is responsible to provide strategic direction and tactical leadership of the operations service delivery function to implement operational solutions and provide oversight on operations related to networks, mail, specialty , etc.

and products delivered to the client to accomplish client program objectives. This role interfaces with clients and is responsible to partner with operations senior leadership, client success and business integrations teams to influence processes that improve results and drive business outcomes.

• participate in client meetings and listening sessions as neededOversee the consistent implementation of operations products and services;
• work with clients to ensure client and member satisfaction is achieved and lead the Issue Management team and coordinate with Client Engagement on client interactionRepresent Prime in client facing communications, and in partnership with the Service Excellence team identify opportunities for process redesign / improvement that significantly impact efficiency, quality, profitability, competitive position, and customer satisfaction and present solutions to clientsPartner across the Operations organization and with other departments to develop and implement process improvement solutions designed to improve client experience and streamline processes between functions for improved service deliveryDevelop and maintain an extended influence model that supports continuous process enhancements, improves results, and drives business outcomesManage department budget, staffing, performance and development, and consistently demonstrate Prime’s leadership expectations during interactions with direct reports, cross functional and external stakeholdersOversee and provide leadership to the Peak Readiness and Business Continuity teamsOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and / or relevant work experience;
• HS diploma or GED is required12 years of work experience in account management, client service delivery, or operations8 years of leadership / people management experienceMust be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional QualificationsStrong analytical and critical thinking skills;
• able to synthesize information from multiple sources into actionable plansStrong presenter with excellent interpersonal skills;
