**Position:** Full-Time Front Desk Coordinator

**Location:** Rockland County, NY

At our periodontal practice, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and personalized service to our patients. Our team is committed to creating a positive and welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and valued.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes

- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently

- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries

- Verify insurance coverage and process payments

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience working in a dental or medical office preferred

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficiency with dental software (experience with Dentrix is a plus)

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

**Benefits:**
