ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Manage bid submittals and subcontractors through Building Connected and Planhub platforms.
• Distribute bid documents to all subcontractors and quickly respond to all subcontractors throughout the course of preconstruction.
• Ensure bids are captured, reviewed, with Construction OPS Manager.
• Prepare detailed analysis of subcontractor and vendor proposals.
• Take ownership for creation, updating and presentation of project deliverables and tools to our client.
• Support meetings internally and externally for the preconstruction department with Owners, Clients, Engineers and Internal Stakeholders.
• Capture, save, and organize all proposals that arrive.

Experience

• Working knowledge and experience in administration.
